We engaged Grace Lewin construction to undergo a renovation on our Victorian cottage in Prahran. I would firstly like to commend them on their communication, as this was through COVID, I can imagine how hard it was for them to organise trades and keep building within the govt regulations however they kept us informed through the entire process. We weren't able to visit the site regularly so had to trust that the job was running smoothly. We were so impressed with the end result, their level of detail and finish is outstanding. We will definitely build with them again!

We have recently completed a significant renovation built by GraceLewin. This was our first major build and so we were understandably anxious about the process. Sam and James were extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other tenders but more importantly they completed our dream home on time and to a fantastic degree of craftsmanship. They sorted through issues as they arose including working with the council and kept us updated throughout. We are now living in our beautiful home and couldn’t recommended them more highly. They also were smart with suggesting cost savings where relevant, and provided timely updates and were quick to respond to any questions. We are in LOVE with our house and have received so many compliments already. We will be using Grace Lewin for our next renovation, and are looking forward to working with them in the future.

At a time when building projects are notoriously slow and prices are blowing out, Grace Lewin delivered my renovation on time and on budget, without a hiccup. Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he was on the project daily, regularly checking in with me and always on top of the detail. All of the tradespeople were incredibly skilled and reliable, and the end result has totally exceeded my expectations.
